The American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR) was created by the Home Staging Resource back in 2007.  At that time, there was no "trade association" (like RESA) for the industry that was open to all home stagers regardless of whether they had been trained or not. 

Now ASHSR serves the members of the Home Staging Resource only as a "networking society" NOT Association for their members.  Each member of ASHSR has undergone an intensive training in both home staging and redesign, so they are prepared to handle any type of job that comes their way,

When you search our Directory of Home Stagers you can be assured that you are getting a completely trained and certified home stager and redesigner who has gone through the first, Accredited staging training program in North America.

The only true, trade Association for the home staging industry that is not connected to any training company is the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).  We highly recommend joining RESA if you are a professional home stager.
